Légère's Exchange Guarantee Policy
We are so confident that you will like your new Légère reed, that for customers in the United Kingdom, we offer a no-hassle exchange guarantee for any Légère Reed purchased in any UK Music Shop. If you are not completely satisfied with your reed, simply return the reed, with a copy of your purchase receipt, within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange if for a different strength of your request. Naturally, reeds which have been damaged or modified in any way, cannot be accepted for exchange. A handling charge of GBP 3.50 per reed must be included with the return.
Please note that this is not available on Légère Student Reeds.
Note that it is company policy to destroy reeds which have been returned, so when you buy a new reed, you can be certain that it has come straight from our production facilities.
Légère is constantly improving the quality of our reeds. Every reed that is returned goes back to Légère for evaluation. Légère have detailed production records and are constantly monitoring the quality. Of course, our objective is to have 100% satisfaction. We don't have far to go.
