TERMS AND CONDITIONS By placing an order with Wind Plus Ltd you agree to the following terms and conditions.   All goods remain the property of Wind Plus Ltd until paid for in full.  Published prices, specifications and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. PRICES and VAT All prices are quoted in GB pounds sterling (£) and are subject to UK VAT at 17.5%. Trade prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.  Prices quoted as Suggested Selling Price (SSP) are retail prices and are inclusive of VAT.  Export to Non-EU countries is Zero-rated for UK VAT.  Export to EU countries may only be Zero-rated if we quote your VAT number.  Please advise us of your VAT number, otherwise VAT will be charged. Items in our Accessories Brochure are available to retail traders in the music industry. A trade price list is available on application. DISCOUNTS Prices in the Woodwind Repair Materials catalogue are trade and are quoted exclusive of VAT.   You may deduct a 15% Quantity Discount on orders from this catalogue of £100 or over excluding VAT and postage.  Special order items and items in our Accessories Brochure are not eligible for this discount.  Items in our Accessories Brochure are available at retail prices, but a trade price list is also available to retail traders in the music industry on application. ORDERING We have no minimum order quantity or invoice value.  Our aim is to despatch your order the day we receive it.  If possible, please order before 12 noon to help us achieve this. Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering will be placed on backorder and sent as soon as possible. If you are paying by card, we will not take payment until the goods are despatched.  Please contact us if you wish to cancel a backorder. Special Order items are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. All orders must be accompanied by payment before goods are despatched.  Orders can be placed by post, phone, fax or email.  Please enclose a cheque/postal order payable to WIND PLUS LTD or quote your Credit or Debit Card details.  The cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron or Solo. If you order by email, please phone or fax your card details for security. Non-UK customers:  Please pay by one of the following methods (Card payment preferred) 1) Card payment by Visa or MasterCard. 2) Sterling cheque drawn on a UK Bank. (We will advise you of the order total) 3) Direct Transfer, in GB pounds sterling, into our Bank Account. (We will advise you of our bank details and the order total)     ALL BANK CHARGES MADE BY THE SENDING BANK MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER Approved Account customers:  All invoices must be paid within 30 days from invoice date.  Statements will not normally be issued, but may be requested.  Please ensure that we receive payment on time. 'Late payers' will be asked for prepayment on all further orders.  We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue balance over 30 days from invoice date.   UK POSTAGE Orders are usually sent by 1st Class post at a standard charge of £2.65 + VAT.  Backorder items will be sent post-free.  Orders containing Légère reeds only are sent post-free.  Heavy or bulky items may incur additional postage charges, in which case you will be advised before despatch.   NON-UK POSTAGE Orders from outside the UK are usually sent by Royal Mail, Air Mail service.  Postage will be charged based on the total order value. Order value after discount and excluding VAT Europe  Non-Europe Up to £40 £3.59 £4.45 Up to £60 £7.68 £8.74 Up to £100 £10.25 £12.04 For each additional £50, or part thereof, please add £1.00 £1.50 For example On an order posted to Europe, with an order value of £225 after discount and excluding VAT, the postage charge will be: £10.25 + 3 x £1.00 = £13.25 + VAT RETURNS Returns authorisation must be obtained from Wind Plus Ltd before any returns are made.  Goods may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of invoice date.  All returned items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used.  Any pads returned for refund or exchange may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.  All returns must be securely packed and sent at the customers own risk and cost. If the reason for return is that the goods are faulty we will cover return carriage costs.  Returns for Special Order items will only be permitted due to faulty goods. E&OE
