All prices are quoted in GB pounds sterling (£) and are subject to UK VAT at 20%. The most up to date prices can be found on this website.
All prices are trade prices and quoted exclusive of VAT, unless they are specified as Suggested Selling Price (SSP) or Suggested Retail Price (SRP), in which case they are retail prices and inclusive of VAT.
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added.
For orders from the European Union, 20% VAT is added, unless you are a VAT registered EU business and quote your VAT number. In this case, VAT will not be added. Please quote your VAT number when ordering, otherwise VAT will be charged.
All orders from countries outside the European Union are VAT free.
Items from the "Dealers" section of the website are available at wholesale prices, for resale by music shops, via a website login.
Making a Purchase
We have no minimum order quantity or invoice value. Payment must be received in full in GB pounds sterling (£) before goods are despatched.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
The cards we accept are:
Visa, Visa Electron, UK Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Debit/Delta
If possible, please place your order online through the Wind Plus website. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' where you will be asked for your card details to complete your order.
If you prefer to phone us with your card details, you may still submit your order online - just select "Phone with card details" as your payment method at the checkout. UK customers may also pay by cheque or direct bank transfer. Please make cheques payable to WIND PLUS LTD or contact us for our bank details.
Alternatively, if you prefer the traditional 'offline' methods for ordering your goods, you may order by phone, fax, email or post. Please phone with your card details to pay.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back order items are not charged for until they are despatched.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Special Order items are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit.
